   The PA will work with the collaborating physician at, in
an active inpatient practice to deliver health care services to our patients.
This includes, but is not limited to, the diagnosis, treatment, and management
of acute and chronic health problems, ordering, interpreting and performing
laboratory and radiology tests, prescribing medications, including controlled
substances, to the extent delegated, and performing other therapeutic or
corrective measures as indicated. 

The Physician Assistant shall consult with the collaborating physician
by telecommunication or in person as needed. In the absence of the designated
collaborating physician, another physician shall be available for consultation.

The position is open for immediate hire. We are open to new or recent
grads as well as to more experienced Advanced Practice Providers. Military
trained PA Clinicians are also welcome. 

Compensation is either by salary for a traditional schedule or
hourly for more non-traditional schedules. Salary is scaled up to $95,000
depending on background and experience. Hourly is comparable. We have
traditionally been flexible in setting up schedules to try to accommodate
personal goals. Advanced Practice Providers with specific schedule needs
are encouraged to contact us. 

The clinic is open from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm for patient care visits and
remains open overnight for sleep studies.  The clinic operates several
sub clinics on site. We are currently building our workers compensation
business and our DOT and drug screening business. 

We also cater to over the road drivers and have a large parking lot
designed to park 18 wheelers with ease. Advanced Practice Providers with
an interest in these areas are encouraged to apply. We have been fully
computerized with EMR for the past eight years. 

The medical practice is located in the far North East Texas Region.
This is a high growth region with a solid economy, plentiful jobs, great
educational resources and superb recreational opportunities. Payer mix
is 77% private insurance and 23% Medicare. We have small numbers of children
ages 7 to 17. Ages 18 to 64 comprise about 78% and age 65 and up represent
about 20%. There are plenty of patients to keep a mid-level busy. 

The city is host to a four year university. Texas A & M has a brand
new campus under construction North of the city. It is on a lake and surrounded
by forested land. The school has special program in engineering. North
East Texas has it all. Recreation, Jobs, Schools, Shopping, Churches and
great access  by interstate, rail and air to anywhere in America.

PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

We have an immediate opening for a PA candidate in orthopedic surgery.
PAs are a vital part of the total joint arthroplasty, spine, and sports
medicine services teams. We seek a highly motivated and dedicated individual

The PA will be responsible for assisting in the operating room and in
the management of orthopedic inpatients. This includes daily rounds, ordering
and interpreting laboratory tests and preparing patients for discharge.
Additional responsibilities include shared coverage in the Ambulatory Care
Unit, where established patients may come for evaluation, treatment and
possible admission. 

The successful candidate will be a graduate of an AAPA/ NCCPA accredited
PA program, have licensure as a PA in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
and hold a Massachusetts Controlled Substance Certificate and DEA number.
We prefer candidates have orthopedic surgical experience, but we are willing
to train the right person. 

Schedule for this position is 4 days per week, 40+ hours. No weekends
or call. Salary will be based upon experience. Position includes CME allowance.

We are seeking  Nurse Practitioner (FNP or ANP) for a Wound Care
position in Pittsburg Pennsylvania. Must have 1 year post grad experience.
You will be working with one of the leading wound care physicians in the
state who is noted for his charming personality and outgoing nature (basically,
everyone likes him). Inpatient and out patient responsibility. Working
with a team of physicians including infectious disease, podiatrist and
general surgeon. Responsibilities include inpatient consults, outpatient
